These Terms of Business ("Terms") govern the provision of visa consultancy services by Paramount Visas Ltd ("Company") to the client ("Client"). By engaging the Company, the Client agrees to comply with these Terms.
Services Provided
The Company specializes in:
Processing of visa applications and passport applications.
Arranging of appointments.
General administration on behalf of clients related to visa/passport applications.
Fees and Payment
The Client agrees to pay the Company the fees outlined in the invoice provided for each service.
All fees are due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments may incur additional charges as outlined in the invoice.
Client Obligations
The Client must provide accurate and complete information required for the processing of visas and other services.
The Client must notify the Company promptly of any changes to the information provided.
The Client is responsible for ensuring that all documentation required for visa processing is in order.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree not to disclose any confidential information related to the business, operations, clients, or suppliers of the other party at any time, except as allowed under clause 5(2).
Confidential information of the other party may be disclosed by either party only:
To their own employees, officers, agents, contractors, subcontractors, or advisors who need access to such information to fulfill the obligations under this agreement. The disclosing party will ensure that these individuals comply with the confidentiality obligations stated in this clause 5(2); and
When required by law, a court with proper jurisdiction, or any regulatory or governmental body.
Each party agrees to use the confidential information of the other party solely for the purpose of performing their obligations under this agreement.
Liability
The Company will use its best efforts to provide accurate and timely advice and services. However, the Company does not guarantee the success of visa applications or other services.
The Company shall not be liable for any hindrance, prevention, or delay in the performance of its obligations under the Contract due to any act or omission by a third party beyond the Company's direct control. This includes, but is not limited to, actions or inactions by any relevant government agency, immigration or visa bodies, or national or international regulatory authorities necessary for the performance of the Services, such as delays, failures, or refusals to provide or approve required information or materials.
Cancellation and Refunds
If the Client wishes to cancel any service, they must notify the Company in writing.
Refunds will be provided at the Company's discretion and may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Client in writing.
